The transaction fee covers the costs of processing your order, packing and delivering the tickets to you. In many cases it also covers the cost of producing your tickets.
The transaction fee applies per order not per ticket. If you purchase six tickets, you only pay one transaction fee.
A venue levy (often called a facility fee, restoration levy, or venue fee) is a small, additional charge added to the price of an event ticket. This fee is retained directly by the venue, rather than the promoter , artist or selling agent to cover operational, maintenance, or infrastructure costs. This changes per venue.
Organizers and venues partner with Tickets Scotland to sell their events. You book tickets online/Tickets Scotland Box offices , pay the face value plus a booking fee, and receive your tickets either by e mail or physical tickets.
You should receive a confirmation email from us within approximately 5 minutes of making your booking.
